Registration fee and cancellation policy
The participation fee includes:
- Access to conference sessions (sub-themes, sub-plenaries, etc.)
- Welcome Reception
- Conference dinner
- Coffee breaks and lunches
- Personal badge, Certificate of Attendance
- Delegates Conference Package and program book

* Early registration can only be granted to participants whose payment has been received before 15 March 2017
For Russian scholars are available grants covering part of the registration fee for the participation to the conference. Details to submit applications for the grant will be soon available.
We kindly invite to pay the participation fee to IFKAD 2017 by bank transfer. Once online registration is completed, all registered participants will automatically receive a confirmation of their registration.

If you want to be accompanied by a guest, please note that accompany person does not participate at the conference sessions. Accompany person can attend the social program paying tickets.
Cancellations received before 20 April 2017 are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee. No refunds can be made after that. All cancellations must be in writing and must be sent by email with return receipt to: info (at) knowledgeasset.org
