IFKAD 2017 Special Tracks
Knowledge management and innovation capacity
The proposed track aims to analyse the effect of knowledge spillover (in our case – knowledge obtained as a result of industrial companies' international operations) on firm's innovative performance. Both analyses of organizational and technological innovations are welcomed. In particular, it is asked to submit contributions about the increased innovative performance arising from firms' foreign markets entry, the sustained export signifiсance for enhancing the industrial companies' productivity, the specific nature and the effects of the knowledge spillovers, the influence of operations in CIS and non-CIS countries on Russian industrial firms' innovative performance. Other research perspectives and contributions related to the main topics of the track will be positively evaluated.
